Ohio has launched the Blue Envelope Program, a free and voluntary tool to help drivers with developmental disabilities during interactions with law enforcement or emergency personnel. The program provides a Blue Envelope packet that includes a car decal, wallet card, and instructions to make these situations easier and safer.

Additionally, Barnesville Schools has emergency help belts available for non-verbal children. If you need one, please contact the Special Education Department.
